Elden Ring expands on the classic FromSoftware Soulslike formula with a sprawling open world, filled with deadly bosses, crumbling castles, and powerful items. Players build their strength slowly as they journey through the Lands Between, acquiring levels, weapons, and build-defining Talismans. Talismans offer Elden Ring players a wide variety of useful bonuses, from basic stat upgrades to brand-new combos, and one of the most interesting is the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.
The Rotten Winged Sword Insignia is one of the hardest Talismans to find in Elden Ring, but also one of the most powerful for certain builds. The fourth hit in a row will be boosted by 6%, while any subsequent strikes will be boosted by 8% and then max out at 13%. This makes the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia a straight upgrade to the regular Winged Sword Insignia, though the two will not stack.
