The game allows players to make a variety of choices that impact the story’s conclusion, and it stands to reason that those choices could also impact if it takes place after ’s main story. This would seem to remove the Frenzied Flame ending, which sees the Erdtree in ruins, as a canon option. Ranni’s Age of Stars is ’s best ending but doesn’t necessarily make sense, as it entails the player leaving behind The Lands Between to join Ranni. This leaves the Elden Lord ending and its variations up for consideration, of which one is most notable.
