Echo: Does Wilson Fisk Have Powers? What Abilities Does Kingpin Have?
With Kingpin’s return in, fans are left asking if he has any powers in the MCU. Could he be a supersoldier in the MCU? Here’s all you need to know.
Echo brought Kingpin back from the dead but didn’t clarify how he was able to survive a gunshot wound to the eye. This made many fans wonder whether he has powers in Echo. He didn’t get to showcase extreme physicality throughout Echo as he got a more dramatic arc this time around.
We saw him throw a few punches in Echo’s 2008 flashback sequence. But there, he showed similar strength levels that he did in the Daredevil series. However, his appearance in Hawkeye threw his power levels off the charts.
Before returning to Echo, he was seen ripping a car door apart with one hand in the Hawkeye finale. He stood back up after Eleanor rammed a car into him. He tossed Kate Bishop like a rag doll and walked off electrocutions and lethal explosive arrows like they were nothing.
Most importantly, he healed after being shot in the face by Maya! So, it is possible that using his resources, Kingpin could have juiced up on a variant of the super soldier serum, or some other body-enhancing drug that’s yet to be revealed. Daredevil: Born Again might shine a light on his physiology and reveal if he artificially enhanced his strength, but nothing is confirmed as of yet.
Wilson Fisk is incredibly strong for a human. He also possesses a high level of endurance. But as mentioned above, his strength could come from a power-enhancing drug. Apart from that, he also uses his cunning intellect and vast resources to his advantage.
