Dying Light 2 has finally arrived and players are getting their first chance to try the game's new skill trees. At the beginning of Dying Light 2's lengthy campaign, the player starts out with relatively slow movement and with no skills for combat or parkour. As players continue through the games' first few hours, they'll slowly get access to more basic skills that make movement and combat much more fluent. Progression and leveling do take longer at the beginning of the game due to the player's lack of skills, so there are definitely skills players will want to unlock first to make the game a bit easier.
In order to unlock new skills in Dying Light 2, players will need to upgrade their stamina and health stats by using inhibitors that can be found spread throughout the open world. When a player is near an inhibitor they'll receive a notification by radio that one is nearby as well as an icon on the bottom left of the screen that tells the player just how close they are to it. Using Inhibitors to upgrade players' health and stamina stats is the only way to unlock Dying Light 2's new combat and parkour mechanics. Inhibitors can be found on rooftops, in quarantine zones, in dark zones, and during story missions.
