Dragon's Dogma 2 is out in just a couple of weeks, with Capcom doing everything it can to get people ready and hype them up for March 22. We've had several new looks at the game over the past few weeks, including new bits of info regarding the game's frame rate, features, and strangely realistic cooking cutscenes, but Capcom is now letting players get their hands on the game itself by releasing a standalone character creator for the title.
Announced during Capcom's recent highlights showcase, the Dragon's Dogma 2 Character Creator is currently free to download, and will let players create their characters and Main Pawn, so you can get right into the action when the game drops later this month. You'll be able to customize your character's class, looks, features, and do the same for your Main Pawn that will be accompanying you throughout your time with the game.
Once you actually have created your characters, you'll then be able to upload them to the system and the data will then be transferred to the full game when you do eventually grab it. You'll be able to create and store up to five main character designs and five Main Pawn designs, so you can go wild and really nail down the right character and Pawn for your playthrough.

If you want to try your hand at creating your perfect protagonist, you can download the character creator on Steam right this second, and it also should be available to download on the PlayStation and Xbox storefronts as well. Just keep in mind that whichever character you decide to go with, you won't be able to change without deleting your game, as Capcom is still going ahead with the controversial decision for Dragon's Dogma 2 to only have one save
