Dragon's Dogma 2 features many armor pieces that allow players to make their Arisen and Pawns look great while increasing stats. While the possible combinations are fewer than in the original game, there are still plenty of customization possibilities to make characters stand out.
One thing that many consider an issue in the original game and its Dark Arisen re-release is the inability to hide the helmet or head armor, forcing players to unequip any head gear to be able to look at their characters' faces. Is it any different in Dragon's Dogma? Let's find out.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide your currently equipped head armor in Dragon's Dogma 2. Some items, like the Iron Helm, for example, feature some additional options, such as raising the visor, but if you want to look at your character's face, you will have to remove the equipment.
Thankfully, there's plenty of head armor that still leaves your Arisen or Pawns' faces visible, so there are options to balance out your sense of fashion and the need for better protection. Some of these items, however, are not available at the start of the game, so you will need to make some progress in the main quest to be able to acquire them.
