The fast-paced and colorful 2D fighter Dragon Ball FigherZ is getting new content, adding a new variation of the game's original character Android 21. After the game was released in 2017, it was met with considerable praise by both critics and fans, even winning several Fighting Game of the Year awards. The game managed to be a great Dragon Ball Z game, and so well designed that Dragon Ball FighterZ has made a big name for itself in professional esport leagues.
The game initially launched with a roster of 24 playable characters, but after three season passes, Dragon Ball FighterZ now has 44 playable characters, a sizable roster of fighters compared to many other fighting games released today. FighterZ managed to include characters from every Dragon Ball series, even having characters from non-canon stories such as the DBZ films and Dragon Ball GT. Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, created a new character for the game named Android 21. She acted as the main antagonist in the game's story and quickly became a fan favorite thanks to her design. Now fans have a brand new version of Android 21 to play within the game.

Months after its first tease, the new Lab Coat Android 21 is now available to download on Dragon Ball FigherZ. The new variation of the character, shown in a trailer posted on IGN's Youtube channel, uses her original design before her pink Majin power-up that saw the character's energy grow to planet-destroying power levels.
