Hallow’s Wake returns to Diablo Immortal this week, with some haunting spins on events, new themed cosmetics, and more.
The event begins on October 9th and runs through November 6th. Take on seasonal themed events to earn yourself Hallowed Stones that you can trade for special rewards. New cosmetics up for grabs include new Headless cosmetic options, But you can also trade your stones for other useful items like Legendary items, Legendary crests, and more to discover. Even in a demon-infested world like this, there are still some special creatures that only come out for the holiday events.
First up is Grisly Survivor’s Bane, where you will be up against the usual demons and some special creatures that will only appear during this event. There are other forces in this particular mode that might narrow your vision and obscure some of the dangers, putting you at higher risk. If you can successfully slay the creatures you encounter from October 9th through October 23rd, you can win yourself some stones.
A Terrifying Howler’s Hunt arrives in the second half of the event, running from October 23rd through November 6th. Howler’s Hunt lets you become a werewolf. If you’re interested in werewolves, and making that appearance a little more consistent, the Nightmoon Curse cosmetic set will grant you the Night Howl emoji and Dawning Nightmoon Curse footprints item. You can use the cosmetic set throughout the event, and it will go particularly well in Howler's Hunt.
Speaking of cosmetics, there are three new Headless cosmetic option you can trade stones for, Headless Geyser, Headless Fire, and Headless Belfry. All these and the Nightmoon Curse can be worn throughout Hallow’s Wake. After the event ends they will remain in your inventory for later. Costumes are also back, and if you own the Skeletal Mage, Grave Robber or Royal Guard costume, you can wear those throughout the event as well.
