The next content update for Diablo Immortal this week brings new Legendary items, some new and refreshed events, and Hell Difficulty merges to help make finding parties and completing dungeons easier.
It’s Diablo, so there has to befresh loot to strive for, so that desire should be fulfilled, at least for a little bit, if you’re at Hell Difficulty VII. There’s a new round of 36 new items to collect, split across every class.
The update on the whole is more ofa balance and events patch, but it does make some important changes. A merge that is intended to make grouping easier is coming. What this means is that, based on server Paragon level, players in broader Hell Difficulties will be able to play together, with dungeons tuned for the number of players working to complete them (including if you’re solo).
Gated gear unlocks have been changed. Instead of unlocking when you progress with Challenge Rifts, they will begin to unlock when you defeat the Helliquary boss that unlocks a new Hell Difficulty.
In another effort to make grouping easier, they’ve added an option to convert your party into a Raid anywhere in the wilderness and you can bring that raid into any activity that requires one.
If you’re looking to get your hands on new stuff, the Trials of the Warrior event, which runs from April 26th-May 4th, is coming soon. Complete daily and challenge tasks throughout the event period to achieve a final rank. There will be just one reward, so hit the highest tier you can, and you’ll get a reward via mail after the event is over.
A new version of Hungering Moon is also starting this week.
