The Diablo franchise has been highly popular as of late, and for fans of the series, the upcoming update releases for Diablo 4 andDiablo Immortal promise to deliver their own exciting, unique experiences. In a recentdeveloper update live stream, the teams behind both games shared exciting details about Season 1 in Diablo 4, which will include additional combat and quality of life changes, and the introduction of a new class in Diablo Immortal. Here’s a quick snapshot of the new features coming to both games.
The Season of the Malignant was one of the major highlights of the stream. This season brings a host of new mechanics to the game, including Malignant Power, Malignant Affixes, and the Altar of Blood. Malignant Powers introduces new gameplay possibilities, granting players unique abilities that can be customized to suit their playstyle. There will be 32 new powers available for players to toy with. Malignant Affixes further enhance the challenge, adding unpredictable modifiers to enemies. The Altar of Blood provides a new end-game activity where players can test their skills and reap valuable rewards. Each of these new features will both make your characters more powerful, while also granting monsters a substantial power boost to test those new powers on. There will also be some new story elements for players to play through, and the developers request that players complete the story and grab the Lilith altars prior to the launch of the new season on the 20th.
