The Class 1A students are powering up for battle in the latest image for My Hero Academia season 6. Based on a manga of the same name created by Kōhei Horikoshi, this anime quickly became an international success. So it was no surprise when it received a speedy season 6 renewal announcement ahead of the season 5 finale. With the fall 2022 release date fast approaching, heroes and villains alike prepare for a fight unlike any other.
The rumbles of war are heard by the My Hero Academia characters towards the end of season 5, with a post-credit scene that confronts the training heroes with the start of an unexpected battle. The series has slowly been shifting toward a darker tone as it sets up an intense season 6. Teasing the upcoming season, the creators revealed that season 6 features the biggest battle of My Hero Academia so far. This should prove to be a challenge, given the myriad of bloody brawls brought to screen in the current My Hero Academia episodes.

With the season 6 conflict just a few months away, the newest visual for My Hero Academia unveils Midoriya, Bakugo, Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki’s combat-ready poses. This image is a bit simpler compared to the other visuals recently released, as it focuses solely on the characters without any background setting. These heroes-in-training are tasked with evacuating civilians at the end of season 5, but they will inevitably be forced to fight as these quirked-up images suggest. Check out the picture below:
