Deadpool Surprises DCEU Superman & Batman Via Portal In Crossover Art
New fan art imagines Deadpool popping up in a portal and meeting Batman and Superman. Known for his foul mouth and breaking the fourth wall, Ryan Reynolds' mutant has been a fan favorite since his cinematic renaissance in 2016.
He's been at the center of two highly successful big screen adventures, and a third, Deadpool 3, is currently in the works. In late 2019, Reynolds confirmed the film was in development at Marvel Studios following Disney's acquisition of Fox.
Unlike Fox's Fantastic Four, which will be rebooted by Marvel Studios, Reynolds' Deadpool franchise will be integrated into the MCU.
In fact, Deadpool 3 will be its first R-rated project. How exactly that comes to pass is still unsure at this point, but thanks to the burgeoning Marvel multiverse, it may not be that big of a problem.
