Warning! Contains a preview for Darth Vader #23
The Darth Vader comic series is going to answer one of the Star Wars prequel trilogy's final questions: What happens when those who knew Anakin as a boy discover he's now Darth Vader? Going beyond those who've known the truth eversince Anakin Skywalker was seduced by the dark side of the Force in Revenge of the Sith, a new preview for Marvel's Darth Vader #23 is teasing that figures from Vader's past are on the path to discovering who he once was. However, the rejection Vader received from his son Luke has also motivated an investigation into the particulars of his wife's death and son's birth, leading to his return to Tatooine as well as Naboo. In doing so, the Sith lord has crossed paths with a vengeful Sabé, his late wife's handmaiden known as the Queen's Shadow. Seeing as how Sabé tried to kill Vader with an assembled group of Naboo warriors looking to avenge the murders of Padmé and Anakin, it became clear that none of them knew the real truth that Anakin lived to become Vader.
