CD Projekt RED has announced that Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will launch on December 5th. It’s launching digitally and physically for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, containing the base game and the Phantom Liberty expansion.
All updates, including the massive Update 2.0 and digital rewards from the “My Rewards” program, are included. The developer doesn’t list a price, but it could retail for $59.99 (based on alleged leaks from retailers like GameStop). Nevertheless, this marks the first physical release of Cyberpunk 2077 on current-gen consoles.
Cyberpunk 2077 has sold 25 million copies as of October and received new content and overhauls via free patches (which cost almost $41 million for the developer). Phantom Liberty adds Dogtown as a new district, new quests and characters, weapons and activities. It sold three million copies in its first week after garnering critical acclaim.
