Crafting Tier Set Gear Has a Cooldown in Patch 9.2 - Additional Creation Catalyst Details

In Patch 9.2, Blizzard announced that players would be able to craft Tier Gear at the Creation Catalyst. We've learned from this PTR build that the Creation Catalyst will have a limit on how often you can craft a Tier Set piece.

Crafting Tier Set Gear in Patch 9.2

In this Patch 9.2 PTR build, additional strings were added that are related to the Creation Catalyst. This is the first set of details that we have learned about the Creation Catalyst.

NEW SL_SET_CONVERSION_RECHARGE_TIME The Catalyst is recharging and will be functional in %s NEW SL_SET_CONVERSION_ONE_CHARGE_REMAINING After upgrading this item, the Catalyst will need %s to recharge. NEW SL_SET_CONVERSION_MULTIPLE_CHARGES_REMAINING You can upgrade %d more items after this until the Catalyst needs to recharge. NEW ERR_ITEM_CONVERSION_NO_VALID_ITEMS You don't have any eligible items

These strings seem to indicate that:

The Creation Catalyst has a limit on how often you can Craft a Tier Piece. The Creation Catalyst can store multiple changes are these crafts. The Creation Catalyst requires an «eligible item».

It's good that charges of the Creation Catalyst will stack, otherwise you will need to make sure to craft a Tier piece on cooldown or risk losing time before the next cooldown starts.

The Remaining Questions

There's still important details that are missing about the system such as:

How much Cosmic Flux crafting a tier piece will take? What is the cooldown on this system? And the big question, when the Creation Catalyst will unlock?
