In Patch 9.2, Blizzard announced that players would be able to craft Tier Gear at the Creation Catalyst. We've learned from this PTR build that the Creation Catalyst will have a limit on how often you can craft a Tier Set piece.
Crafting Tier Set Gear in Patch 9.2In this Patch 9.2 PTR build, additional strings were added that are related to the Creation Catalyst. This is the first set of details that we have learned about the Creation Catalyst.

The Creation Catalyst has a limit on how often you can Craft a Tier Piece. The Creation Catalyst can store multiple changes are these crafts. The Creation Catalyst requires an «eligible item».It's good that charges of the Creation Catalyst will stack, otherwise you will need to make sure to craft a Tier piece on cooldown or risk losing time before the next cooldown starts.
