Tier Set Bonus Changes in Patch 9.2 Build 42257 - Feral Druid Nerfs

Today's build has massive nerfs to Tier Set bonuses from Feral Druid. Blizzard has provided context to these changes in their recent Development Notes. There are also adjustment to Discipline Priest and Unholy DK sets, which aren't shown below, but listed under today's Development Notes.

Item Set: The First Eidolon's Soulsteel: 2 pieces

  Entering Berserk causes you to strike all nearby enemies, dealing (700%320.2% of Attack power) Bleed damage over 10 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Item Set: Tapestry of the Fixed Stars: 4 pieces   While Berserked, you radiate (45%26.6% of Attack power) Cosmic damage to nearby enemies and heal yourself for (61%39.7% of Attack power) every 1 sec. Item Set: Tapestry of the Fixed Stars: 4 pieces These nerfs are to compensate the fact that the bonus now scales with buffs and legendaries. In some cases, even with the reduction, it is a buff.   Essence Font's residual healing effect is increased by 5% and lasts an additional 2 sec. Item Set: Garb of the Grand Upwelling: 2 pieces   Drinking Thunder Focus Tea summons a Progenitor Rune of Healing, increasing all healing dealt while inside its bounds by 123450.
