Activision has officially announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Following a series of leaks, the publisher officially unveiled the first-person shooter sequel via the teaser trailer on this page, with a release date of November 10.
Sledgehammer Games, the studio behind 2017’s WWII and 2014’s Advanced Warfare, tweeted the teaser trailer on Monday, seemingly confirming reports that it’s developing this year’s game.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is reportedly a continuation of last year’s Modern Warfare 2.

Maps and modes from Modern Warfare 2 will be carried over to the new title, the report added.
