Chatting With the HyperX Arena About MMOs, Games Journalism, And More
This is a weird post, but it's a slow news week — we had the chance to chat with the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas about covering MMOs, the industry at large, as well as show how bad Bradford actually is in game. Also, estuaries come up way too frequently for a show about video games.
The podcast is Username Taken, hosted by Austy Champion at the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas. Centered on local content creators and their journey to what got them where they are now, our Editor-in-Chief, Joseph Bradford, sat down and talked about his career, what it's like to cover games for a living, and more.
Oh, and they play some MMOs too - New World and EVE Online specifically (though they ran out of time for LotRO). So you can come see just how poorly he plays the games we cover!
