A price cut on Valve's Steam Deck hardware helped the title return to second place on Steam.
The console saw a price cut of between 10 and 20 per cent – depending on the SKU consumers went for – and rose up from fifth to No.2. This was part of the Steam Summer Sale.
Valve's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was once again the biggest seller on Steam, while BattleBit Remastered hangs steady in third place. Elden Ring also returns to the Top Ten in fourth place, rising up from last week's, er, No.52. That's thanks to a 30 per cent price cut as part of the Steam sale.
A new release, single-player action RPG Dave the Diver, made its debut in fifth place following its June 28th launch. Apex Legends was once again the No.6, coming in ahead of Red Dead Redemption 2, which returns to the Top Ten thanks to a 67 per cent discount. Forza Horizon 5 from Playground Games had a 50 per cent price cut and dropped one place to No.8. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 rose one position to ninth place, while Cyberpunk 2077 returns to the charts in tenth.
