While Michael Connelly’s Bosch Universe appeared to come to a conclusion after 7 seasons on Prime Video, the story continues on May 6 thanks to Bosch: Legacy, which will stream on new platform Amazon Freevee. Developed by Eric Overmyer, the long-running show centered on homicide detective Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), who played by his own righteous rules as he investigates murders across LA.
The upcoming spinoff, which has already been renewed for season 2, sees him diving into his new career as a private investigator alongside his longtime frenemy Honey Chandler (Mimi Rogers). Bosch: Legacy also welcomes back Bosch’s daughter Maddie (Madison Lintz), who is following in her father's footsteps as a member of the police force and making similar mistakes along the way - albeit for the right reasons. Together, the three characters fight for justice and follow unfinished threads from their predecessor series.
