There's no shortage of events taking place during Not-E3 season, and next week, you can tune in for a Capcom Showcase. Capcom has had a terrific 2023 so far with its critically acclaimed remake of Resident Evil 4 and the launch of Street Fighter 6. The upcoming showcase, which has squeezed in between the PC Gaming Show and Ubisoft Forward, will be a short-but-packed livestream detailing what's next on the Capcom calendar. Here's everything that we know about it so far.
You'll be able to tune in on Monday, June 12, to see what Capcom is cooking up. The show is expected to run for around 36 minutes and will contain «new information about Capcom's upcoming releases and future titles.»
You'll be able to watch the showcase on Capcom's Twitch and YouTube channels.
Capcom's next big is the dinosaur crisis simulator Exoprimal, which is out in July. It'll likely have a big presence at the showcase alongside the recently revealed remaster of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, which will be out later this month. The publisher also pulled back the curtain on Dragon's Dogma 2 at May's PlayStation Showcase, so a deeper look at that game wouldn't be too surprising. There's also the upcoming mobile game collaboration with Pokemon Go's Niantic on Monster Hunter Now ahead of its September release.
Resident Evil 4's VR mode was also teased at Sony's event last month, so it could potentially be shown off in more detail during Capcom's livestream. The other big draw is Street Fighter 6, as the game will increase its roster over time with new DLC characters.
