The Capcom Showcase 2023 is a wrap, and the publisher shared new details on Dragon's Dogma 2, Pragmata, Ace Attorney, and more. Read on to learn everything announced at today's Capcom Showcase 2023.
Dragon's Dogma 2 got a gameplay trailer at today's showcase, showing off the large, wide fantasy world players will explore. We learned about the new Pawn system, where NPC characters will fight the game's giant beasts alongside you. Capcom also said the world is four times the size of the original, and that the gameplay is designed for players to creatively tackle combat in whatever way they can think of. The game is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
Pragmata has been delayed from 2023 to an unknown year, Capcom revealed during today's showcase. This was the first we've heard of the game since 2021, but we still haven't seen much of Capcom's upcoming action adventure. To be fair, though, it was one of the most charming delay announcements we've ever seen, as news of the delay along with an apology was scribbled on a piece of paper within the trailer.
Ace Attorney 4, 5, and 6 are getting HD remasters in a compilation called Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy. This includes Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice. The trilogy is coming to Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC in early 2024.
