In fact, one viral clip on TikTok has seemingly taken off, showcasing pro Call of Duty player Aydan getting the drop on an enemy player. While they're able to do significant damage that would likely down a normal player, the Stim is used and essentially nullifies the damage and turns the table on the encounter with Aydan being the one going down instead. Naturally, the streamer expressed his surprise at the outcome considering how much damage he had done prior to things going wrong.
