Warning! Spoilers for Baruto chapter 70 ahead!
In celebration of the sixth anniversary of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, as well as the Naruto sequel manga reaching 70 chapters across 18 volumes, publisher Shueisha has released an epic video to mark the occasion. The first chapter of Boruto was published in May 2016. Its latest chapter dropped last week, bringing together a number of story points that have been percolating since the death of Isshiki Otsutsuki, the leader of the Kara secret organization.
Isshiki was killed by a combined campaign including Naruto, Sasuke, former Kara member Kawaki, and Naruto's son Boruto. They also had help from Isshiki's clan member Momoshiki, whose spirit was at that time cycling through Boruto as a result of the karma he engraved on Boruto's palm before he himself was killed. Isshiki's death left Kara leaderless for a moment until his trusty «almost vessel» Code took up the banner. Code dedicated himself to not only avenging Isshiki's death but carrying on his original plan to grow a God Tree and harvest its chakra fruit for the greater good of the Otsutsuki Clan.

The video, which was released by the official Twitter account for Naruto and Boruto: Next Generations, asks fans to check out the latest chapter not only for the interesting story between its covers, but also to gain a chance to participate in a special lottery that will be held to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the manga's serialization. According to the announcement a «total of 100 original items» will be awarded in the lottery.
