In a new chapter of Boruto, a mysterious villain showcased a terrifying ability that has the potential to turn the shinobi world upside down, and in the process realize the seemingly impossible dreams of many of the main characters from Naruto.
Many characters throughout Naruto have world peace as their ultimate goal, including villains such as Madara Uchiha and Nagato. This result was apparently achieved at the end of the series, as the sequel Boruto shows peaceful relations and cooperation between the five villages, but villains are still conspiring in the shadows and criminal organizations flourish. The one group stronger than the Akatsuki, Kara, has a member whose special power is so impressive that it could have pacified the shinobi world without all the conflict and deaths seen in Naruto.

Eida is a mysterious member of Kara, an organization built around the alien god Isshiki Otsutsuki. After Isshiki's death, his subordinate Code is seeking revenge and has awakened Eida, a woman whose body was heavily modified by Amado, Kara's lead scientist. If a fan theory is to be believed, Amado may be Eida's father. As part of his plan to kill Isshiki, Amado gave Eida an overpowered ability. Her very presence instantly enchants all around her, men and women, into becoming completely captivated and infatuated with her. This power works on an instinctual, unconscious level so that the people affected are unable to harm Eida or resist her commands.
