Blood Onyx Transmog - Completing the Trading Post's New Rogue Looks
Rogue Transmog is available to purchase from the Trading Post in September 2023. In this article, we take a look at sets that go with the Rogue Trading Post transmog — the Blood Onyx Uniform and Blood Onyx Blades!
Blood Onyx Uniform
For the Blood Onyx Uniform, we found we liked the Heroic recolor for the Battlegear of the Thousandfold Blades — the Tier 14 Rogue set from the Heart of Fear. The bronze and black materials work well with the original set, and the flames perfectly match and bring out the original set's gemstones. Let's be honest, it also transforms the set to be a lot less silly-looking.
The pieces also do a great job updating the Slayer's Armor — the Tier 6 Rogue set from the Black Temple.
Blood Onyx Blades
The Blood Onyx Shortblade, Blood Onyx Impaler, and Blood Onyx Serrated Edge make up the Blood Onyx Blades.
The Blood Onyx Shortblade and Impaler seem almost designed for the Fanged Slayer's Armor (Mythic Recolor) — the Tomb of Sargeras set. The Blood Onyx Serrated Edge, meanwhile, works great with the elite recolor of the Obsidian Gladiator's Leather Set from Dragonflight PVP Season 2.
