If you've ever fought against Uber Echo of Lilith in Diablo 4, you may have had some frustration with the hitboxes and the visibility of some of her attacks. Diablo 4 Lead Class Designer, Adam Jackson has confirmed that in Diablo 4's first PTR, some changes will be coming to the Uber Lilith encounter, including more accurate hitboxes and fewer one-shot mechanics.

The Uber Lilith fight has often been criticized for its lack of clarity when it comes to the visualization of mechanics, so these will be welcome changes to players who have struggled with this boss encounter previously.
