As Dick attempts to coopt the persona of Batman to serve as a tool of law-abiding order, Derek Powers commissions one Terry McGinnis to steal an advanced prototype of a Batsuit, and all hell breaks loose, eventually forcing Bruce to come between his adoptive family.
