Batman & Harley Quinn Fight In Smash-like WB Game MultiVersus Leak
Another batch of leaked gameplay footage for MultiVersus showcases Batman and Harley Quinn duking it out in WB's Smash Bros.-like fighter. After a lenghty period of rumors and speculation, WB Games formally announced MultiVersus late in 2021, confirming a roster of iconic characters that ranged from Batman and Game of Thrones' Arya Stark to Bugs Bunny and Garnet of Steven Universe fame.
WB hasn't shared much about the crossover fighter since its November 2021 reveal, though a Technical Test held this past February gave some fans a chance to experience the action first-hand. Despite the publisher's long-held silence, the occasional leak seems to let loose some details every now and again. One fairly recent roster leak, for example, hints that Joker, Lord of the Rings' Legolas, and Neo from The Matrix may serve as playable characters. Meanwhile, voice lines uncovered from the Tech Test imply that LeBron James and the Iron Giant could fill out the MultiVersus roster, as well. It should come as no surprise, then, that unauthorized gameplay footage is now making the rounds.

Nearly five minutes of MultiVersus gameplay footage uploaded to website VK (via Eurogamer) features a one-on-one match between Batman and Harley Quinn. The battle in question starts around the 1:50 mark, with Harley immediately asserting her dominance over the Dark Knight. While the Bat manages a few well-timed grapple attacks, his efforts prove no match for the former doctor's use of explosives. Other interesting matchups in the leaked footage showcase a Velma versus Velma fight, as well as Wonder Woman taking on Steven Universe's Garnet.
