Warning! Spoilers ahead for DC vs. Vampires #4
A new preview for DC vs. Vampires #4 teases an imminent brawl between Batman and Green Arrow despite neither of them having been turned into a vampire (yet). In the new story from DC Comics, a vampire revolution is underway that threatens to take over the entire world. While the vampire legions begin by biting several supervillains, which turns them into incredibly dangerous and extra-powerful vampires, they've now started to corrupt the heroes of the DC Universe. However, Batman and Green Arrow are among the few heroes still standing. Even so, their shared distrust and paranoia will apparently motivate them to try and kill each other as seen in this new preview.
Revealed in the first three issues of DC vs. Vampires from James Tynion IV, Matthew Rosenberg, and Otto Schmidt, Hal Jordan's Green Lantern was one of the first heroes to be turned into a vampire. As such, he's been secretly preying upon his fellow Justice Leaguers. While the second issue saw Hal having no choice but to kill the Flash instead of converting him (the speedster's high metabolism would have had him drinking the world dry of blood in a matter of moments), Jordan did succeed in turning Wonder Woman to the vampires' side. However, there are still heroes who remain to fight the oncoming hordes such as Green Arrow, Batman, and their respective families.
