In a new preview for Marvel Comics' Avengers Forever, the greatest villain among the Multiversal Masters of Evil confirms why they're indeed the greatest. Having assembled to conquer and lay waste to all of the Earths they can find, the Multiversal Masters of Evil have been killing countless different versions of the Avengers, saving the main heroes for last. However, Doom Supreme reveals that his goals are grander than those of his fellow foes.
In previous issues of Avengers Forever, it's been revealed that the Multiversal Masters of Evil were formed by Doom Supreme at the request of the Rick & Morty-esque Mephisto and the Council of Red, a coalition of Mephistos from across realities. As such, several versions of Earth's Mightiest Heroes have fallen to the Masters. As far as the Earths razed in their wake are concerned, the worlds quickly get divided up amongst the villains. As such, each villain has been building their own empire of fallen and Avenger-less worlds.

However, the new preview for Avengers Forever #5 from Jason Aaron, Jim Towe, and Guru-eFXreveals that Doom Supreme has yet to claim an Earth as his own. Wearing a mystical armor made from the skin of his long-dead love, Doom Supreme is supposedly the most powerful version of Doctor Doom that has ever existed. However, it's being teased that he's even greater than his fellow Masters of Evil. Having just killed a new set of Avengers, the villains immediately begin bickering about who gets to claim the world… except for Doom.
