This information was revealed by the leaker that essentially revealed the existence of Mirage before anyone else knew about it, so there's some weight behind it, at least.
As for The Crew Motorfest (dubbed as Project Orlando, for those curious)? Yeah, it's also likely that the game has been delayed. At least, that's according to information submitted by Ubisoft leaker ScriptLeaksR6. The leaker also confirmed that Assassin's Creed Mirage will still run on the same engine that ran Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The leaker stated that the game is based on a 2019 version of the engine. The good news, at least, is that Ubisoft will still be focused on releasing Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora this year. As such, there are no plans to delay this particular game compared to the others in Ubisoft's upcoming games catalog.
