To interact with the Glyphs, you have to use your eagle vision to make them visible before physically climbing into the things. Once you do, the game gives you a cluster that contains a series of puzzles you must solve. It's worth noting that the cluster you get isn't determined by the Glyph you find. In fact, you can locate the latter in any order. This guide includes their locations alongside the solution to each cluster.

First, you must pick five pictures. The correct ones to choose are as follows:
Next, you have to move a chess piece. Grab the white E pawn and push it two spaces forward.
Finally, for the quarantine, move your cursor over the red dot in the top right corner.
To begin cluster 2, you must create a series of pictures by turning some rings. Follow this exact pattern from the start:
When you get to the chessboard, move the white F pawn two spaces forward, so it's next to the other one.
This quarantine is a little different from the one in the first cluster. For one, there are two red dots, and you have to activate them in quick succession of one another. One is just right of the exit prompt, and the other is slightly left of the center, pretty high up the screen.
You are given a set of pictures, and you need to find a symbol on one. Move your cursor over to the building on the right and zoom in. Look at the left flag to find an Abstergo symbol and hit 'select.'
