An Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan built an in-game carnival that looks as though it could've been ripped from American Horror Story: Freakshow. Inspired fan builds in Animal Crossing: New Horizons continue to impress, with new designs taking the internet by storm every so often. For instance, one person recently crafted a Harry Potter-themed house in ACNH, complete with classes for Charms, Divination, Herbology, and Potions. Another player managed to recreate the beach from Kirby and the Forgotten Land, with a stunning amount of detail.
Since day one, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has featured an incredible suite of baked-in creation tools for players to utilize. Developers added even more customization options in post-launch updates, allowing users to push their creativity even further. The most notable addition to the social simulation game on this front came in the form of Happy Home Paradise, a paid expansion that hit the Nintendo eShop early in November 2021. As ACNH's first and last DLC expansion, Happy Home Paradise invites players to participate in Lottie's Paradise Planning team, which travels to resort islands in search of clients looking to create their dream vacation abode.
