Live service titles are no strangers to evolution through frequent updates. Where games like Call of Duty: Warzone and Fortnite began to where they are years later can often feel like night and day through all of the updates, additions, and changes that take place. Character focused games like Apex Legends are in a similar boat, especially as the meta continues to change with new additions to the roster. Certain characters may suddenly find themselves incredibly popular, while others are instant replaced and at the bottom of the popularity chart. One such character appears to be the synthetic assassin known as Revenant. Originally introduced way back in Season 4, Revenant has seen its ups and downs, though many fans are hoping Respawn performs a rework on its abilities to improve the pick rate.

One fan posted their idea on the Apex Legends subReddit, detailing how Revenant's ultimate ability could be made even more strong. Currently, Death Totem provides teammates with an instant revive after being fatally damaged. Instead of needing a revive, downed players are instead revived at the totem. While that's already pretty solid on paper for the many team based modes, a user known as XxGAMERZxKINGxX provided an alternative idea that has seemingly become pretty popular with other players.
