While PlayStation 5owners may be desperately waiting for the console's next major release, they might want to turn their attention toward the catalog of games that are due for a major remaster. Since Sony's console and many of its associated franchises span all the way back to the 1990s, it stands to reason that some characters and franchises would be forgotten amongst those that proved more popular. Sometimes, that's not enough to keep a series dormant since the actual game fans originally slept on was so good, Sony sees it fitting to give it a second chance.
If the latest report from Kotaku is to be believed, then , the excellent sequel that proved to be a hit with critics but failed to leave an impression amongst players, could be due to make a return with a remastered version release for PC and PlayStation 5. According to user Orangee of Team Alua, a modding and research group dedicated to exploring the intricacies of, the game could be set to hit the console in May 2024 with the PC port arriving at a later stage. Orangee has a solid track record when it comes to leaks surrounding the game, having previously predicted the existence and announcement of a movie.
Serving as a sequel to the cult-classic PlayStation Vita game, puts players in the role of Kat, a teenage girl who can shift the force of gravity around herself, allowing her to both fly and use a variety of stylish combat techniques to eliminate dangerous enemies. Developer Team Gravity, a studio that was unfortunately shut down in 2020, the game recieved overwhelmingly positive praise from critics, many of whom cited its stylish mechanics and compelling combat as some of the best available on the PlayStation 4. Despite this praise, it's widely assumed that the game was a commercial failure for Sony.
