Now, almost a year later since both updates were made available to the community, one of the life sim's fans has shared that they finally completed their whole collection of Gyroids.
The Animal Crossing series has had a long-standing affair with Gyroids. Through the years, the function of the small item varies depending on the Animal Crossing title a fan is playing through. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Gyroids serve as collectible and displayable figures, inside or outside a player's deserted island home. With around 189 Gyroids to collect, including the special Gyroid that Brewster gifts players at The Roost, players have to patiently grind daily for a long time to be able to collect and customize each Gyroid to complete the collection.

In their online post, they shared a short video showing off their whole collection of Animal Crossing: New Horizons Gyroids. When laid out and displayed, the sheer number of Gyroids in almost every color available looks very impressive. Werlicher likely spent hours digging up Gyroid fragments, planting and watering them daily, as well as spending Nook Points to visit mystery islands for a chance to collect another Gyroid fragment while completing their daily in-game tasks.
