AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT has dropped significantly in Europe and is now available at 800 EUR from a popular retailer.
The AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT can be purchased for €799 via the German retailer Mindfactory, of whom you have likely heard in the past since it is often the first place where a graphic card gets a price cut in the European market.
The variant getting the discount is the reference AMD design or otherwise referred to as the "MBA" variant from XFX with a triple-fan configuration. The RX 7900 XT hasn't received a price drop for the first time. The card was initially released with €1049 MSRP; however, with the fading demand, AMD often made price cuts.
In the US, the AMD Radeon RTX 7900 XT graphics card dropped to $762 in April and is further expected to fall. In China, the graphics card initially had a reasonably high MSRP of 7399 RMB ($1063 US), although it, too, saw a significant price decrease. Several RX 7900 XT variants are widely accessible, with prices beginning at 5299 RMB ($745 US), 26.1% lesser than the MSRP in China. This is also significantly lower than the MSRP set within the US and EU markets.
The fading demand for GPUs and solid competition from NVIDIA is the leading cause of this price decline. However, with its current pricing, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT is the top option for gamers looking to buy a GPU under $1000. With high video memory and significantly more pure rasterization performance than the RTX 4070 Ti, users should keep an eye on this option if they are willing to compromise on visual features like ray tracing and DLSS 3.0. AMD is also going to release new features such as FSR 3.0 but has yet to announce its plans for it.
