All Dragonflight Raids Nerfed by 10% Health and Damage on Season 4 PTR

On the Season 4 PTR, all Dragonflight raids have been hotfixed, nerfing their health and damage by 10% — even when the raids are not Awakened!
These hotfixes have not been seen on live servers just yet, but if they're on the PTR, it's likely that they'll come to live servers as well!
Dragonflight Raid Nerfs
A flat 10% health and damage nerf has hit all Dragonflight raids:
This looks to apply to all raids, even when they're not Awakened. If you still need Reins of Anu'relos, Flame's Guidance, this should make killing Mythic Fyrakk easier!
Dragonflight Mythic+ Dungeon Buffs
A flat 11% health and damage buff has hit all Dragonflight Mythic dungeons.
This works out to be about one key level of difference making the new +10s (rewards cap) feel like old +21s.

Since these items were originally introduced in Cataclysm patch 4.2 as catch-up gear, Blizzard will be removing these items from players who have already crafted them.
