With Disney+'s Ahsoka coming in the near future, the showrunners will need to mess with the Star Wars timeline to explore the untold mystery of Luke Skywalker and Ahsoka's connection. While Ahsoka is already known to have a clear connection with Skywalkers of the past through her old master Anakin Skywalker, The Book of Boba Fett introduced a dynamic Star Wars fans have been craving since the end of Star Wars: Rebels. The show introduced a friendship between Ahsoka Tano and her master's son, Luke Skywalker.
One thing neither The Book of Boba Fett nor The Mandalorian cared to explain, however, is just when or even how these two major characters even met. With Ahsoka slowly becoming a fan-favorite character since her introduction in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Luke Skywalker being one of the most famous movie characters of all time, fans can be excused for assuming this meeting would be shown. It is clear, however, that the creative minds behind Star Wars' future have something else in mind. As opposed to shoehorning in a meeting between the two in a show centered around Mandalorians, Dave Filoni and his team will have to bounce around the Star Wars timeline to give fans exactly what they have been wanting.
