A Star Wars fan expertly recreates and reimagines The Book of Boba Fett's Cad Bane showdown with toys, though it's nearly impossible to tell. The success of The Mandalorian on Disney+ has led to the development of several other Star Wars TV shows, and the most recent one to hit the streaming service was The Book of Boba Fett. Starring Temuera Morrison as the titular bounty hunter, the series followed Boba Fett's efforts as he established a claim on Tatooine's criminal underworld alongside his trusted ally Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen).
Though the bulk of The Book of Boba Fett followed this story, the back half of the 7-episode first season was jam-packed with Star Wars cameos that connected to larger arcs. From the Mandalorian himself (Pedro Pascal) to Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), The Book of Boba Fett featured plenty of Easter eggs for longtime fans of the franchise. The series also depicted a showdown fans have been desperately waiting for when Fett came face to face with Cad Bane (Corey Burton), his former mentor and notorious animated villain.

Using toys, a handmade diorama, and some careful lighting, the digital artist reimagined Cad Bane and Fett's meeting as the latter character being the stranger who rolls into town one day looking to settle an old score. It says a lot that it isn't even clear that toys are the stand-ins here. Check it out below.
