One genius Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan built a machine to help craft multiple in-game items for them. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a cozy game in which players are able to build and craft items to improve and beautify their islands. There are different ways players can express their creativity on their islands through builds like the popular Lord of the Rings-themed Animal Crossing island. Players have taken to recreating movie sets and television show sets, which can be very resource-intensive to build.
There are a few steps players need to complete to craft items in Animal Crossing. First, they must open the menu for the workbench and select the item they wish to build. In that menu, players must select «Craft It!» The user interface asks whether or not players actually want to craft that item. They should select «Let's Do It,» and their character will begin to craft the item. If they want to craft the item at a faster pace, they have to press another button to speed up the process. This must be done every single time players want to craft an item, and there is no option to build more than one at a time. This limitation on crafting in Animal Crossing: New Horizons has become somewhat of a joke in the community, and it is no surprise that people have devised clever ways to get around this.
