Pokemon Legends: Arceus has a truly unique Pokedex. In a series first, it wasn't electronic, and doesn't even have complete entries. You're documenting these 'mons for the first time, and have to catch a bunch of them to find out all there is to know about the creatures. This means the Pokedex looks a whole lot different - and isn't as easy to turn into merch as other models.
However, one fan has taken it upon themselves to show us what it would look like in person - and it's beautiful. A Pokemon Legends: Arceus player has crafted a picture-perfect recreation of the Hisuian dex, which includes detailed pages of observations, and even hand-drawn Pokemon portraits in place of photographs.

Reddit user whengeekscraft shared the creation in r/pokemon, along with a couple of shots of the Pokedex. As amazing as it looks, they admit they would have preferred it if Nintendo released an official one - as the fan-made version took four weeks to craft.
Much has been said for keeping a journal while playing Elden Ring recently, but this adorable design means you can keep notes in Legends: Arceus too, immersing yourself in the role of an explorer. As well as being able to draw each 'mon you come across, you can also keep track of all of their research tasks needed to fully understand them.
Even though we only have two shots of the Pokedex in person, it looks pretty bloody difficult to make yourself. For this reason, fans are still hoping that Nintendo will release official Hisuian Pokedexes, as it has done for previous generations.
