After Friday's developer Campfire Chat livestream, Diablo 4 content creator, Zizaran hosted a podcast on his Twitch channel, with fellow Diablo 4 content creators Asmongold, Kripparrian, and wudijo as guests. During the podcast, the creators reacted to the developer Campfire Chat livestream, provided their own feedback based on their experience with the game so far, and speculated about the possible future of Diablo 4.

One piece of feedback that creators agreed on was the hope for more diverse endgame content as Diablo 4's lifespan goes on.
Currently, players are able to participate in the Tree of Whispers bounty system, farm Helltide events for gear, defeat World Bosses for a Weekly Cache of loot, and run Nightmare Dungeons to upgrade Paragon Glyphs. While some may see this as an abundant amount of endgame content, players of Path of Exile or Lost Ark may see this as a lack of diversified content.
However, we should remember that these games have been out for 5-10 years, so it may be difficult to compare the number of features present in these games when Diablo 4 has only been available for a couple of weeks. Diablo 4's Season 1 is nearly a month away, and while these Seasons may bring some new pieces of content with them, the majority of endgame content will probably come from the accumulation of Seasonal content as well as future expansions.
