It's been almost five years since Xbox Game Pass hit Microsoft's consoles, and though some were skeptical at first, the service has proven itself to be one of the best deals in gaming, offering over 100 titles for an extremely reasonable price. Although PlayStation is firing up its own competitor, fans have been quick to point out that it still likely won't offer nearly as much content as Game Pass. With new titles constantly being added to the service every week or so, Xbox Game Pass remains a worthwhile, relevant service.
Last year, Xbox Game Pass offered over 75 titles between July and September, with some of the best offerings being Death's Door, Hades, 12 Minutes, and Aliens: Fireteam Elite. Though some release dates haven't been confirmed yet, this year's Game Pass summer offerings look just as promising, with both a handful of big, and small titles heading to the service over the summer months.
Xbox Game Pass is Reportedly Adding a Family Plan
While a good portion of Xbox Game Pass' offerings aren't announced until about a week or two before they drop on the service, there are a few big-name titles that have already been confirmed for a summer 2022 release. Of course, delays are becoming a staple of the video game industry, so Game Pass subscribers should take these release dates with a pinch of salt in a few cases.
Technically arriving just before the official summer period, Two Point Campus heads to Game Pass on May 17. Hitting Game Pass on the day of release, Two Point Campus is the follow-up to the surprisingly successful Two Point Hospital. Fans of the first game can expect a pretty similar experience, having to manage a university campus that's been injected with some absurdist comedic elements.
