During the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, Microsoft made a number of announcements about its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, confirming a variety of titles that will be joining the lineup this year and in 2023. There should be no shortage of new games for Xbox Game Pass subscribers to play in the months ahead, but while there are plenty of games that will be added to Game Pass, there will also be many that are removed from Game Pass as well.
Microsoft tends to remove Xbox Game Pass games in two batches every month, with some rare exceptions to the rule. Most of the time, games are removed from Xbox Game Pass on the 15th of the month and then on the last day of the month, and so far it seems as though June 2022 is sticking to that rule. Microsoft previously confirmed five games that would be removed from Xbox Game Pass on June 15, meaning today is the last day subscribers have to play them.

The five games being removed from Xbox Game Pass today include some notable titles. Today marks the last day Xbox Game Pass subscribers can check out Darkest Dungeon, Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, GreedFall, Limbo, and Worms Rumble through their subscription. All five games are available at a 20% discount while they're still available on Game pass, so anyone that wants to keep them will want to consider jumping on that deal.
Darkest Dungeon is a roguelite with a dark, medieval Gothic atmosphere that earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release, and it's definitely one of the saddest games to see get the boot from Game Pass.
