Xavier Prather and Shan Smith were fierce competitors but unfortunately, they were the next to go in The Challenge: USA. Xavier was part of the Big Brother alliance, but little did he know that he had a target on his back from someone in his own camp. His fellow Big Brother 23 castmate Alyssa Lopez still harbored a grudge after being voted off and vowed to get revenge.
This week's trivia challenge had many of the contestants stumped. One by one, teams plummeted from a sky-high building as host TJ Lavin gleefully laughed at their terror. Although Xavier has brawns and a brain, he fumbled on a question about currency, which had him and Shan dropping in a free-fall.

Still, Xavier felt safe, as Alyssa and her teammate Kyland Young were the winners. However, theBig Brother alum took this opportunity to get her revenge on Xavier and threw him and Shan in against David Alexander and Justine Ndiba. It was a close race, but a penalty cost Xavier and Shan the win.
Screen Rant: How did you feel when TJ announced it would be a trivia challenge?
Xavier: (Gives two thumbs down) Booooo!
Shan: I’ve seen them, so I was like, oh man! I just really don’t like the idea of dropping free-fall from anything. I just don’t like those rides. I like roller coasters, but a free fall drop — no. But then I was like, I’m with Xavier…I’m smart, he’s an attorney! I’m like, we really can’t go wrong. I felt like it was mixed, like I don’t want to fall but I felt really good having Xavier by my side. So those were my initial thoughts when I heard it was trivia.
