New this year, the drop rate on the X-45 Heartbreaker mount has been «greatly increased» from the first Heart-Shaped Box that you loot each day from the Crown Chemical Company holiday dungeon.

Note that your character must be level 60 or above to benefit from this drop increase. In case you missed it: Blizzard also just announced a Valentine's Sale going on through Feb.
