If you’re a RuneScape player, maybe it’s time to pack up your old axes and bows. Well, that’s because major upgrades have just landed. The Woodcutting and Fletching skills in RuneScape are no longer capped at level 99. They’ve instead climbed to level 110 now!
Let’s start with what’s new for all the dedicated woodcutters. There’s a mystical grove north of Eagle’s Peak where Eternal Magic trees are just waiting to be chopped down. These glow with magical energy, by the way.
RuneScape has added Perfect Cuts, a mechanic that will get you an instant log and a sweet chunk of bonus XP. And since no one wants to spend an eternity on repetitive chopping, there are some fancy new consumables to boost your woodcutting speed.
Also, keep an eye out for Enchanted Bird’s Nests because they drop rare loot. Hit level 110 Woodcutting and you’ll be able to snag the perfect Eternal Magic branches in RuneScape. These branches let you craft the new Masterwork Bow.
And if you’re more into Fletching, the level 110 cap now lets you craft Eternal Magic shortbows, Primal arrows and even Primal crossbows using Eternal Magic logs. There are also Fletching workbenches where you can fine-tune your weapons or craft strong ammo.
Gielinor’s armies are always in need of the sharpest shooters, so you can even submit Eternal Magic weapons to help them out. The level cap of Firemaking has been raised to 110 too. Now you can burn Eternal Magic logs and probably set half of Gielinor ablaze while you’re at it.
So, grab RuneScape from the Google Play Store and sharpen your Woodcutting and Fletching skills right away!
