According to reports, Echo has been made as a miniseries and is likely to wrap its main storyline within one season, just like several other Marvel shows that have come out on Disney Plus in recent years. However, Loki, also an MCU show, was reportedly developed as a limited series but went on to have a multi-seasonal run. So, an exception to this norm exists.
